Returns & Refunds

We want your experience with Delvin to feel calm and supported. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


Our Return Window

You’re welcome to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item needs to be in the same condition it arrived in — unused, unworn, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Start a Return

To begin a return, simply contact us at delvinnewageshop@gmail.com. We’ll guide you through the next steps with care.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your parcel.

Please note: items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not quite what you expected, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll review the issue and make things right with care and clarity.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • perishable goods

  • custom or personalised items

  • personal care items

  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If you’re unsure whether your item can be returned, you’re welcome to reach out.


Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, the simplest way is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you prefer.


European Union – 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period

If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and with tags attached.


Refunds

We aim to process all orders in a timely manner. If your order has not been shipped within 5 days due to supplier delays or unforeseen issues, we will issue a full refund automatically (as long as the item has not yet been dispatched).

For custom or personalised items, please allow 5–7 business days for processing before shipment.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and card providers may take additional time to finalise the refund.
